- Where do I pay and manage my account?
- Papers are chosen here, then your basket carries over to our secure app at app.gcsefeedback.co.uk where you sign in, pay and upload. You will not be asked to create an account on this site.
- Do you offer subscriptions?
- Yes. Monthly plans covering a set number of marked papers per subject are available in the app once you have signed in. Individual papers can always be bought one at a time.
- Can I get a refund?
- If a script comes back and you do not think the feedback is useful, tell us within 14 days and we will either re-mark it with a second examiner or refund that paper in full.
